Enter your order number and the last four digits of your phone. We will track the status of your shipment — quietly, in a moment.
How long does a pre-order take?
Our window is 30 to 45 working days from the day your order is confirmed. Fridays are not counted.
Will you keep me updated?
Yes. We message you on WhatsApp around working days 7, 14, 21, 30, 37 and 43, and again the moment your piece reaches Cairo. You do not need to ask; this page always shows where your order is.
How is delivery arranged?
When your piece reaches our Egypt warehouse, we send you a WhatsApp message to pick your delivery day. Delivery is free when you pay by Instapay before your delivery day (Instapay is not available at the door). We hold pieces for up to 10 days.
What if my piece is out of stock?
This page will show it, and we message you on WhatsApp straight away to arrange an alternative or a refund.
When do refunds arrive?
Refunds and deposits come back in full within 14 working days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to show.
