All orders are delivered within 1 business day across Egypt. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched on the same day.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods, promotional campaigns, or public holidays.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We regularly offer free shipping promotions — follow us on Instagram to stay updated.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp from the shipping company.

You can track your order in real time through:

• Bosta's tracking system using your tracking number

Kindly note that inspection upon delivery is not available.

Customers are responsible for being available to receive their order at the provided address.

Our courier will arrange delivery and may attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned.

In such cases, Cash on Delivery may no longer be available for future orders. To arrange re-delivery, a 50% advance payment will be required, in addition to any applicable re-delivery fees. The remaining balance can be settled upon delivery.

You may request a change to your delivery address before your order is dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
