Shipping Policy

• After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, your order will be returned and Cash on Delivery is now disabled. To proceed with re-delivery, a 50% advance payment online is required, along with the re-delivery fees. The remaining balance can be paid upon delivery.
• Orders cannot be sent for checking or testing sizes. However, we are happy to provide: ⁠A detailed video of the item upon request and a size chart to help you choose correctly.
• For product protection, orders may not be opened while the courier is waiting. This is in place for your safety and ours.
• Please check your order after receiving it and contact us within 24 hours if there are any issues so we can assist you.
