How can I purchase your products?
• Immediate items: Available on our website. Just click Shop Now and place your order — delivery within 1 day 🚚.
• Pre-orders: For special international orders, DM us on Instagram with the item details and we’ll confirm availability for you.

Do you provide original brand packaging?
All items come with their brand dust bag. Boxes and shopping bags are available upon request, so you always get the luxury experience you desire

What is the difference between Immediate items and Pre-orders?
- Immediate items: Ready-to-ship, delivered the next day.
- Pre-orders: Specially ordered from abroad, arriving in 30–45 days.

⁠Do I need to pay a deposit for Pre-orders?
- Orders under 10,000 EGP: No deposit required (exclusive to us in Egypt).
- Orders above 10,000 EGP: Only 25% deposit (lowest in Egypt).

What is your Refund & Exchange policy?
- Immediate items: Eligible for exchange/refund within 24 hours of delivery (must be unused and in original packaging).
- Pre-orders: Non-refundable, as they are special order.

⁠How does shipping work?
- Delivery is within 1 day.
- The courier makes 3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned and shipping fees apply.
